Instructions for Study Submission
To begin using Precision Prostate Consulting’s services, you’ll need to have an MRI prostate scan that is compliant with ProstatID’s acquisition parameters. (i.e. in accordance with PI-RADS v2.1 guidelines) detailed at the bottom of this page.
Patients and Physicians
Click the ‘Login / Register’ button at the top of the page to access the portal where you will be prompted to register for an account. If you are a physician, select to register as a “Physician.” You’ll need to verify your email address before continuing.
Once logged in, click “New Request” to initiate a new study request.
Enter your information, clinical history and your physician’s contact information (if available).
Upload your MRI scan as a single zip file .
If you don’t have access to your MRI scan, instructions will be provided for your physician or imaging provider to upload the MRI scan on your behalf.
Authorize payment of $259 .
Payment will not be collected until the study request has been successfully completed. If the study request cannot be completed for any reason (e.g. an invalid MRI scan), no payment will be collected.
If you are a physician, you can skip this step and the patient will be notified regarding payment.
Review and submit the study request.
Upon successful processing of the MRI and generation of results, payment will be collected and an email will be sent to you and your physician (if provided) notifying you the diagnostic report is ready .
Should a processing failure occur with the uploaded prostate scan for any reason, you’ll receive a notification and no payment will be collected. In such cases, you or your physician are encouraged to reach out to PPC customer service at apps@precisionprostateconsulting.com, for an explanation of the failure and required next steps.
